Check-in is by appointment only. Once you’ve completed your contract, we’ll send you a link so you can easily book your check-in slot. We offer free check-ins during our office hours, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00. When you arrive, a member of our team will guide you through the check-in process, make sure you’re settling in comfortably, and hand over your keys.
Everything is included in your rent – gas, electricity, water, and internet.
You’ll also have free, unlimited access to the gym, cinema room, study room, and events basement. Plus, we host regular events throughout the building to help welcome you into the Trinity Hall community.
You can set up Direct Debits when booking, or choose to pay manually through the onsite office. Please note that we do not have a card terminal, so manual payments can only be made in cash. Please ensure to arrange this payment method in advance with a member of our management team by emailing [email protected].
You can also keep track of your upcoming payments easily through the Concurrent app.

Tenants who pay the full amount upfront do not need to provide a guarantor. If you are choosing to pay quarterly or monthly and need a guarantor, we would recommend using ‘Housing Hand’ which for a fee, will act as a guarantor on your behalf.
There are lots of ways to get help at Trinity Hall. Our team is regularly on-site and always happy to support you with any maintenance issues. You can report anything that needs fixing through our app, Concurrent, or simply send us an email — whichever is easier for you. Emails can be sent to [email protected].
Once we receive your request, a member of our maintenance team will visit your apartment to sort it out. We aim to resolve most issues on the first visit, though sometimes it may take a little longer if parts need to be ordered or if an external contractor is required. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. We’re proud that 98% of our maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours of being reported!
We will always ask for your permission before entering your apartment. In the case of an emergency, if immediate access is needed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Yes! WiFi is included in your package and is provided by Glide. It’s easy to connect, and if you have any questions, their support team is available 24/7. Ethernet ports are also available in each apartment. A member of staff will show you how to connect to your secure network upon check-in.

Yes! Trinity Hall has a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. Washing starts at £3 and drying at £1.20. You can pay using coins, card, or Apple Pay thanks to the AirWallet app. Plus, you can even book your machines in advance to make sure they’re available when you need them.
Please note that some rooms are equipped with private washing facilities, you can check the inventory when exploring the different room options available.

The Cluster shared kitchens are cleaned weekly.

Trinity Hall is a non-smoking building. There are allocated spaces in our outdoor area reserved for smoking.

Yes! Trinity Hall has a secure car park with up to 16 spaces available. Parking is an additional £400 per year and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book a space when reserving your room or by emailing us at [email protected].
We also have secure bike shelters on the property, which are free to use.
Yes. Trinity Hall is a gated building with a fob access entry system. Video Intercoms allowing you to see the CCTV feeds from all entry points. The site has CCTV covering the external perimeter and all entry points.
