How do I collect my keys?

We will meet you on site and hand over the keys and apartment to you. We recommend you email at least 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment to collect your keys. We have staff on site during normal office hours Monday – Friday. We will try to accommodate any out of hours key collections if booked in advance.

What is included in my rent?

Everything! – Gas, Electric, Water and Internet are included in your rent.

How do I pay my rent?

Rents are usually collected by Direct Debit. The frequency depends on what payment frequency you select when making your booking. We also accept Cash and Standing Order.

Do I have to pay Council Tax?

No, however you must register with Leeds City Council to be exempt from paying council tax:

What If I do not have a UK Guarantor?

Tenants who pay the full amount upfront do not need to provide a guarantor. If you are choosing to pay quarterly or monthly and need a guarantor, we would recommend using ‘Housing Hands’ which for a fee, will act as a guarantor on your behalf.

What happens if I have a maintenance problem?

All tenants will have access to our App where you can report any maintenance issues. You can also report any issues to our on-site team during office hours Monday to Friday. You can also email us any maintenance issues. We will then send a member of our maintenance team to your apartment to fix the issue. We aim to resolve any issues on our first visit, however this is not always the case if parts need to be ordered or works need to be completed by external contractors, this may take a little longer and we will keep you update on. 98% of our maintenance is completed within 24 hours of it being reported!

Is there internet access on site?

Yes, we have WiFi throughout the building and in the apartments. There are also Ethernet ports in each apartment! The service is provided by CableCom. They can also provide support with setting up your devices to our network  http://www.cablecomnetworking.co.uk/

How do I book?

At the top of the page there is a ‘Book Now’ button. Simply choose the room type and tenancy term you require and fill in the simple application. The booking process only takes around 10 minutes! We will require your bank details and guarantor details (if you need one).

Do you have a laundry facility?

Yes, Trinity Hall has a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes.

Can you clean my room?

Yes, we have cleaners on site most days to clean the communal areas. We also provide a professional room cleaning starting from £13. For more information on cleaning packages visit our ‘Extra Add On’s’ page.

Do you provide bedding etc.?

Yes, however this would come at additional cost. Please check out our ‘Extras Add On’s’ Page for a full list of the optional extras you can choose.

Can I smoke in my room?

No. Trinity Hall is a non-smoking building. We have allocated smoking areas in our outdoor area.

Can I choose where my room is in the building?

Yes, you can also see the room type floor plans on the ‘Accommodation Type’ page. Please contact us by email or telephone if you would like a to request a specific room, floor or layout.

Can I bring my bike?

Yes, we have 2 covered bike storage areas in the secure car park.

Car I bring my car?

Yes, Trinity Hall has 16 car parking spaces. Car parking is an additional cost of £400 pa and is allocated on a first come first serve basis. You can book parking as an extra add on when booking your room or by emailing us at [email protected]

Is Trinity Hall secure?

Yes. Trinity Hall is a gated building with a fob access entry system. Video Intercoms allowing you to see the CCTV feeds from all entry points. The site has CCTV covering the external perimeter and all entry points.
